Honest Graze Tallow Fries are thick, steak-cut potato fries cooked in grass-fed and finished beef tallow and seasoned with Celtic sea salt. They bake up crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle, just like proper chip-shop fries, without any seed oils.
Made by hand in small batches in Cobaki, NSW, they're gluten free with no fillers or additives. Serve them alongside a grass-fed steak, burgers or a roast chook for an easy family dinner.
Cooking instructions: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Spread the fries on a tray and bake for 25 minutes, shaking the tray twice during cooking.
Storage: Keep frozen. This is a frozen item and is available for local home delivery or store pickup only.
