Honest Graze is a small family business run by Jim and Stace in Cobaki, on the NSW Northern Rivers. Jim spent years in butchery and hospitality, and everything they make comes back to one idea: cook with real fats and keep it simple. Their tallow chips and fries are cooked in grass-fed and finished beef tallow, and the sorghum chicken bites use organic chicken. It's all made by hand in small batches, gluten free and without a drop of seed oil.
