Shipping policy

Unique Wholefood is committed to ensuring your order is delivered safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully for details on delivery options, costs, and conditions.

Our Current Shipping Options are: 

  1. Australia Post: Postal shipping with Australia Post (Dry Goods Only)
  2. Local Courier: Courier delivery (Dry, Wet, Fresh & Chilled)
  3. Local Pickup: Store and Curb-side pickup (Dry, Wet, Fresh & Chilled)


AUSTRALIA POST SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES

Australia Post is only available for orders without fresh or frozen items.

"Free shipping for orders over $75" Promo applies to Australia Post only.

We currently offer the following shipping options across Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $10 flat rate for all Australian states (except Western Australia).
  • Express Shipping: $25 flat rate for all Australian states (except Western Australia).
  • Western Australia Standard Shipping: $25 flat rate. No express shipping available.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 ($75 Promo) qualify for free standard shipping nationwide (excluding Western Australia).

LOCAL COURIER RATES

We offer home delivery to eligible locations with the following rates:

$100 Minimum Total order value 

  • Orders from $100-200: $15 flat rate
  • Orders from $200 to $350: $10 flat rate
  • Orders $350 or more: Free

If Home Delivery is the only shipping option shown at checkout, it usually means:

  1. Your cart contains fresh produce
  2. Your cart includes frozen or chilled items
  3. Your cart has a heavy item not eligible for standard postage
  4. Or, an item in your cart isn’t properly configured for shipping

If you believe it's the last scenario, please call our Online Team on (02) 9564 1679 (Option 1) and request to speak with the team directly for assistance.

12km radius orders will be delivered same day via Uber Courier delivery services.*

  • We will be in contact via your provided contact number to organise and arrange best delivery times.
  • If we fail to reach you, we will send you a message and/or email for you to confirm delivery times.
  • We may also contact you to inform you of any out of stock products or to arrange alternatives.
  • Please include your best delivery time in your order notes.

Delivery Information Sharing
To ensure smooth and timely deliveries, we may share your delivery details including your name, delivery address, and contact number with our delivery partners, such as Uber services and their drivers. This information is only used to fulfill your order and ensure accurate and efficient delivery.


LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is free and available during store opening hours. You can collect your order at the registers in our Leichhardt store. Just give our staff your name, and they’ll get your order ready for you.

Please note:

  • Local pickup is currently unavailable at our Crows Nest location until further notice.
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


DELIVERY TIMES

  • Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days (depending on your location).
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 business days (not available for WA).
  • Home Delivery: Orders will be prepared and delivered within 2 business days.
  • Store Pickup: Orders will be prepared and customers notified within 24hrs.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
