Honest Graze Tallow Chips are what happens when a butcher sets out to make a better bag of chips. The potatoes are hand cut and cooked in small batches in grass-fed and finished beef tallow, then finished with a light pinch of Celtic sea salt. The result is a crisp, golden chip with proper old-fashioned flavour.
Every batch is made by hand in Cobaki, NSW. They're seed-oil free and gluten free, with no fillers or additives, so they're an easy pick for school lunchboxes, grazing boards or a Friday arvo snack.
Serving suggestion: Enjoy straight from the packet, or warm them in the oven at 200°C for about 4 minutes to melt any tasty tallow bits.
