White Horse Coffee roast in Sutherland, New South Wales, and the espresso blend is stocked ground in 225g bags. It is half Guatemalan Finca El Vergel and half East Timor Lauanna Village, with dry cocoa and milk chocolate through it, and it is roasted weekly rather than held.
