Powlett Hill

Powlett Hill grow spelt on their farm in Victoria and have it milled and made into dried pasta. We stock two 375g packs, the rigatoni and the spiral. Both are sifted spelt flour and water, certified biodynamic, with a nutty flavour and a firm bite that holds sauce well.
