La Chinata smoke their paprika over oak in La Vera, Spain, and we stock the 70g tin. The peppers are dried slowly over wood rather than with heat, which is where the smoke comes from, and there is nothing else in the tin. Good in stews, over roast potatoes, or rubbed into anything headed for the barbecue.
