Catherine's Originals O'Bar is a 200g plant based chocolate bar made with cocoa mass, cocoa butter, hazelnuts, almonds, rice syrup powder, chickpea protein and vanilla. It runs at 44 per cent cocoa solids in a milk chocolate style, with rice and chickpea standing in for the dairy.
