Willowvale Org Mung Beans are a 500g pack of whole dried mung beans, the small green pulses used in dal, sprouts and sweet Asian desserts. They cook faster than most dried beans and do not need soaking.
Simmer them for 20 to 30 minutes for a dal or a soup, or soak and rinse them in a jar for a few days to grow your own bean sprouts. Store the pack sealed in a dry cupboard.
