Viking Organic Stir-Fry Mix is a frozen blend of six certified organic vegetables grown in central Turkey: carrot roundels, onion slices, green beans and broccoli at 20 per cent each, with green and red peppers at 10 per cent each.
Tip the mix straight from the freezer into a hot wok or pan with a little oil and toss until heated through. It also works in fried rice, noodles and frittata.
Keep the pack frozen and do not refreeze once thawed.
