Southern Light Herbs are an Australian herbal producer based at their herb farm in Maldon, central Victoria, working with a network of certified organic growers across eastern Australia. Their herbs are harvested by hand, dried slowly at low temperature in natural shade and processed on farm.
Use a teaspoon per cup in an infuser, teapot or plunger, pour over freshly boiled water and leave to steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Keep the pack airtight and out of direct sunlight.
