Pan-fry them skin side down in a hot pan, bake them with lemon and herbs, or poach them gently. They are also good crumbed or in a fish taco.
Keep the fillets in the coldest part of the fridge and cook within a day or two of purchase, or freeze them on the day you buy them.
This is a chilled seafood item, so it is available for Sydney home delivery and shop pickup only.
