Topwil Organic Coconut Sugar, 300g. Certified organic, made from the sap of coconut blossom collected on organically certified coconut farms in Indonesia and packed in Sri Lanka.
The sap is slow cooked and solidified, then granulated. It has a soft caramel colour and flavour and is used in place of caster or brown sugar in baking, or stirred through coffee, tea and porridge. No additives.
