The Gluten Free Food Co Wholemeal Flour, 400g. A blend of organic brown rice, tapioca, sorghum, golden flaxseed, quinoa and psyllium.
Made to substitute one for one in place of ordinary wholemeal flour, so most recipes work without adjustment. The psyllium does the binding that gluten normally would.
