Spiral Foods Salt Reduced Tamari is a 500ml bottle of naturally fermented Japanese tamari. It is made in Japan from whole soybeans, water and sea salt, with a small amount of alcohol added as a preservative.
Spiral Foods list it as gluten free, GMO free and vegan. Use it as you would soy sauce, in dressings and marinades, through stir fries, or as a dipping sauce.
