Spiral Foods Balsamic Glaze 250ml comes from Modena in northern Italy. It is built on organic cooked grape must and organic balsamic vinegar of Modena at 47 per cent, thickened with a little corn starch.
The result pours rather than splashes, with a sweet and tart flavour. Drizzle it over caprese salad, roast pumpkin, grilled meat, or strawberries and ice cream. No sugar is added.
Store in a cool, dark place and wipe the nozzle after pouring.
