A 50g bag of certified organic dried peppermint leaf from Southern Light Herbs, sold loose for brewing as a herbal tea. It makes a fresh, minty cup that is naturally caffeine free.
Put a teaspoon of leaf per cup into an infuser, teapot or plunger, pour over boiling water and leave it for 3 to 5 minutes. Once opened, keep it in an airtight container out of direct sunlight.
