A 50g bag of dried olive leaf from Southern Light Herbs, sold loose for brewing as a herbal tea.
To make a cup, put a teaspoon of leaf into an infuser, teapot or plunger, pour over boiling water and leave it for 3 to 5 minutes. Add honey or lemon if you like. Once opened, tip it into an airtight container and keep it out of direct sunlight.
