Southern Light Herbs Bacopa is 50g of dried bacopa leaf (Bacopa monnieri), sold loose for brewing as a herbal tea.
Use a teaspoon per cup in an infuser, teapot or plunger, pour over boiling water and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Add honey or lemon to taste. Once opened, keep it in an airtight container away from direct sunlight.
