Slendier Black Beans Spaghetti 200g is a dried spaghetti made from two ingredients: organic black bean flour and water. There is no wheat in it, so it is gluten free and suits a plant based kitchen.
It cooks in boiling water in a few minutes and keeps its bite. The bean flavour is mild and stands up well to a tomato or chilli based sauce rather than a delicate one.
Store the unopened pack in a cool, dry cupboard.
