Rosnay Organic Green Olives 500ml
These are Kalamata olives picked early, before they darken, so they stay firm, crunchy and nutty. Rosnay grows them with certified organic and biodynamic methods on its farm at Canowindra in central west NSW. The olives are cured in salt brine by lacto-fermentation, then hand-graded and bottled in brine with Murray River salt and organic apple cider vinegar.
Add them to pasta sauces, casseroles and salads, or warm them in a pan with olive oil, garlic, lemon and chilli.
