Power Super Foods Cacao Gold Powder 225g contains one ingredient: certified organic, fairly traded pure cacao powder, Theobroma cacao.
It is made from Criollo beans grown in Ecuador and processed at low temperatures. The flavour is smooth and full rather than sharp, which suits drinking chocolate, smoothies and raw desserts as much as baking.
No sugar is added, so sweeten to taste. Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
