PBCo Premium Australian Almond Flour is a 350g pack of finely ground blanched almonds grown in South Australia. Blanched almonds have had the skins removed, which gives a paler, finer flour.
Use it in almond cakes, friands, macarons, biscuits and crumb coatings, or as part of the flour in a gluten free blend. Almond flour holds more moisture than wheat flour, so it bakes denser and browns faster.
Contains tree nuts. Keep the pack sealed in the fridge or freezer once opened, as the oils in almonds turn rancid at room temperature over time.
