PBCo. Almond Meal is made from Australian almonds, ground with the natural skins left on so the meal keeps its colour and texture. The pack holds 800g and the ingredient list is 100 per cent Australian almonds.
Use it in cakes, biscuits and slices, as a crumb for fish and chicken, or stirred into pancake and muffin batters. It behaves differently from wheat flour, so follow a recipe written for almond meal.
Because of its oil content, keep the pack sealed in the fridge or freezer after opening.
Contains tree nuts.
