Pat's Organic Sweet Potato Soup is a 400g ready-to-heat soup made with organic sweet potato, coconut milk, onion, garlic, chilli, cumin, basil and sea salt.
Tip it into a saucepan and heat through over a medium flame, stirring, or warm it in the microwave. It takes well to a squeeze of lime, coriander or a spoonful of yoghurt.
Store the unopened pack in a cool, dry cupboard. Once opened, refrigerate any leftovers and use within a day or two.
