Snow pea tendrils are the young curling shoots of the snow pea plant, picked while tender. These are certified organic and grown in Australia, and they carry the sweet, green flavour of the pea itself.
Use them raw through salads and sandwiches, scatter them over a finished stir-fry or noodle bowl, or fold them into an omelette at the last moment so they keep their shape.
Keep the punnet in the crisper drawer of the fridge and use within a few days of purchase. Rinse and pat dry just before serving.
