They have soft, fan shaped caps and a mild flavour. Tear them into strips and cook them quickly in a hot pan, or add them to stir fries, soups, risotto and pasta.
Keep the punnet in the fridge and use the mushrooms within a few days. Brush them clean rather than soaking them.
