Lemonade fruit is a sweet citrus that looks like a lemon but is far less sharp. Sold by the kilo from our fresh produce section, certified organic, so the skin can be zested as well as juiced.

Mild enough to peel and eat like an orange, and it makes a soft, rounded juice that needs little or no sugar. They keep longer in the fridge crisper if you are not getting through them quickly.
