Organic Asparagus, sold by the bunch. Certified organic and Australian grown.
Asparagus is best cooked simply — chargrilled with olive oil, blanched for two to three minutes, roasted, or shaved raw into a salad. Snap the woody ends off the spears before cooking.
Keep the bunch standing in a little water in the fridge, or wrapped in a damp tea towel, and use it within a few days.
