Unflavoured beef gelatin powder from Nutra Naturals, made from grass-fed cattle and sourced within Australia. Use it to set gummies, jellies, marshmallows, panna cotta and mousse, or to thicken sauces and gravies.
To set a dessert, bloom about 40g in half a cup of water, stir it into 250mL of hot flavoured liquid, pour into a mould and refrigerate for at least two hours. It can also be stirred into hot tea or coffee. 500g pack, about 50 serves of 10g.
