This is grass fed Australian lamb from Nonna's Organic Meat, sold fresh by weight.
Bring the chops to room temperature, season simply and cook them quickly over high heat on the grill or in a heavy pan. Rest them before serving.
Keep refrigerated below 5 degrees and use within two to three days of purchase, or freeze on the day you buy them.
This is a fresh meat item, so it is available for Sydney home delivery and shop pickup only.
