It's made from Italian olive varieties (frantoio, leccino, signora and pendolino) picked early in the harvest, grown in the original Nolans Road certified organic grove at Hynam, near Naracoorte in South Australia's Limestone Coast. That early pick gives it a fragrant nose and a grassy, peppery bite. Like all Nolans Road oils, it settles naturally over winter and is bottled unfiltered.
Use it where you want the oil to stand up to strong flavours: rocket salads, rich soups and stews, red meat, or a bowl of it with good bread for dunking.
The 500ml bottle suits most kitchens for everyday use.
