My Organic Currants is a 250g pack of dried currants grown in Australia and certified organic, with currants as the only ingredient.
They are small, dark and seedless, sharper than a sultana. Scatter them through muesli, scones, fruit loaves and rice dishes, or eat them as they are.
Reseal the pack and keep it in a cool, dry cupboard. They clump a little in warm weather; a quick break up with a fork sorts it.
