Sea moss gel with a squeeze of lime.
Mossi makes its sea moss gels in Australia from St Lucian sea moss (Eucheuma cottonii) and real fruit. Lime Burst is the simplest flavour in the range: the gel is blended with lime juice and sweetened with monk fruit, with no added sugar.
Because the flavour is light, it's an easy one to add to smoothies, juices, yoghurt or overnight oats. Mossi suggests 2 tablespoons a day, and it's best cold, so keep it in the fridge.
The jar is shelf stable until you open it. After that, keep it refrigerated and use it within 30 days.
