Maidea Gluten Free Penne Rigate Pasta is a 500g pack of ridged penne made in Italy from three ingredients: corn flour, rice flour and water.
The ridges hold sauce well, which suits a chunky ragu, a simple tomato sauce or a baked pasta. Cook it in plenty of well salted boiling water and taste it a minute or two before the pack time, as gluten free pasta softens quickly.
Reseal the pack and keep it in a cool, dry cupboard.
