Lotus Quinoa Flakes Rolled is a 300g pack of steam rolled organic quinoa and nothing else. Quinoa is a seed rather than a cereal grain, so there is no wheat, rye, barley or oats in the pack.
Cook them like porridge with water or milk — they soften in a few minutes — or soak them overnight with fruit and yoghurt. They also work stirred through bliss balls, slices and burger patties as a binder.
Keep the pack sealed in a cool, dry cupboard.
