Lotus Guar Gum is a 75g pack of guar gum, packed in Australia by Lotus.
The pack holds guar gum, food additive 412, and nothing else. It is a thickener milled from the guar bean.
A very small amount thickens a large volume, so measure by the quarter teaspoon in gluten free baking, sauces and dairy free ice cream. Keep the pack sealed and dry.
