Lotus Cassava Flour is a 660g pack of flour ground from 100% organic cassava root and packed in Australia.
It is a fine, soft, pale flour with a mild flavour, used in baking and as a thickener for sauces and soups. It behaves differently to wheat flour, so follow a recipe written for cassava.
The pack is filled in a facility that also handles peanuts, tree nuts, milk, soy, sesame seeds, lupin and cereals containing gluten. Reseal it and store it in a cool, dry cupboard.
