It is made in South Australia from 100% Australian certified organic spelt flour enriched with certified organic Kamut khorasan wheat flour and water. The pasta is extruded through bronze dies for a rough surface that holds sauce, then dried slowly over 48 hours.
L'Abruzzese was founded more than 40 years ago in South Australia by a family originally from the Abruzzo region of Italy.
