Kehoes Mustard is a 240g jar of raw fermented mustard made in Australia from organic cabbage, organic mustard seeds, organic apple powder, sea salt and organic turmeric powder.
It is fermented rather than cooked, so it is tangier and coarser than a standard table mustard. Use it on sandwiches and cheese boards, through dressings, or alongside roast meat and vegetables.
Keep the jar refrigerated and use a clean spoon each time.
