I'm Nutrients Fussy Essentials is a strawberry-flavoured chewable multivitamin and mineral tablet for children aged 2 years and over, in a pack of 30. Each tablet contains lutein and zeaxanthin from marigold extract, betacarotene, B vitamins including folinic acid and vitamin B12, vitamin C from acerola cherry, vitamins D3, E and K2, choline, chromium, iron, magnesium, iodine and zinc. It is sweetened with xylitol and stevia.

Made in Australia. Children aged 2 to 8 chew one tablet a day, and children aged 9 to 13 chew two tablets once a day. For children who can't chew, the tablets can be crushed and mixed with water, yoghurt or honey and taken straight away. Not for children under 2.
