Honest to Goodness Dark Chocolate Drops are 55 per cent cocoa drops made in Peru from just three organic ingredients: cocoa liquor, cane sugar and cocoa butter. There is no palm oil or soy lecithin in them. The pack holds 250g.
Fold them through cookie dough, muffins and brownies, or melt them for ganache and dipping. Their size means they melt evenly without chopping.
Store the pack sealed in a cool, dry cupboard away from strong smells. If the surface turns pale, the chocolate is still fine to use in baking.
