Honest to Goodness Celtic Sea Salt is a 600g pack of unrefined sea salt hand harvested from the salt marshes of Guerande in France.
It is a single ingredient salt, grey in colour and slightly damp, with a coarse grain. Use it for seasoning at the table, on roast vegetables and meat, and in baking.
It draws moisture from the air, so keep the pack sealed in a dry cupboard. A small dish with a lid works well on the bench.
