Honest to Goodness Baking Powder Aluminium Free 300g is a raising agent for home baking. It is made from cream of tartar at 64 per cent, sodium bicarbonate at 32 per cent and organic rice flour at 4 per cent, with no aluminium compounds.
The rice flour keeps the mix dry and free flowing. Use it in scones, pancakes, cakes and damper at whatever quantity your recipe calls for.
Made in Australia from Australian and imported ingredients. Store in a cool, dry place with the lid closed, and keep a wet spoon out of the tub.
