Honest to Goodness Australian Brown Teff Flour, a 500g bag of flour stone milled from whole brown teff seed grown in Australia. It's naturally gluten free, gluten tested by Honest to Goodness, and has a rich, earthy flavour that works in both sweet and savoury baking.

Use it in place of wheat flour, on its own in traditional teff recipes or blended with other gluten-free flours. It suits breads and flatbreads, pancakes and waffles, muffins, cakes, biscuits and homemade crackers, and it will thicken soups, stews and sauces.
