Herbs of Gold Triple Strength Omega-3 is a concentrated fish oil in a pack of 150 capsules. Each capsule contains 1.5g of concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides, equivalent to 540mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 360mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Herbs of Gold says the fish oil is sustainably sourced and goes through molecular distillation and purification.
The label's general direction for adults and children over 12 years is 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by your health professional.
