Ingredients

Each chewable capsule contains: Concentrated fish Omega-3 triglycerides 500mg equiv. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 50mg equiv. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 250mg Potassium iodide equiv. iodine 50 micrograms

Allergen Information

Contains fish and soya bean products and sulfites. Does not contain egg, milk, peanut, tree nuts, gluten, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.

Herbs of Gold Children's Fish-i Care is a vanilla-berry flavoured chewable fish oil capsule made for children, sold in a pack of 60. Each capsule contains 500mg of concentrated fish omega-3 triglycerides, providing 250mg of DHA and 50mg of EPA, plus 50 micrograms of iodine. It is sweetened with xylitol.

For children aged 2 to 4, snip the tail off 1 capsule daily and squeeze the oil into the mouth or onto food. Children aged 5 to 8 chew 1 capsule daily, and children aged 9 to 13 chew 2 capsules daily.
