Herbs of Gold Activated Sublingual B12 is a pleasant tasting tablet that dissolves under the tongue, sold in a pack of 75. Each tablet contains 1mg (1000 micrograms) of mecobalamin, also called methylcobalamin, an active form of vitamin B12.
Adults and children over 12 dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue once or twice daily, or as directed by your health professional.
