Hand and Hoe Macadamias are certified organic nuts, hand harvested on a family farm on the Comboyne plateau in New South Wales and vacuum sealed to keep them fresh.
Eat them as they are, chop them through salads and slaws, or use them in baking, dukkah and praline. They also crush well into a crust for fish.
Once opened, keep them in an airtight container in a cool cupboard or the fridge, as macadamias are high in oil and turn quickly in warm rooms.
Contains tree nuts. Ingredients: 100% certified organic macadamias.
