Grampians Olive Co Truffle Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil gives you white truffle flavour with an extra virgin olive oil base.
Expect an earthy, musky aroma and a savoury, garlicky flavour that hints at shallots and parmesan. Unlike many truffle oils made on refined vegetable oil, this one starts with Australian cold pressed extra virgin olive oil. It's infused without heat and hand bottled in small batches on the family's Toscana estate in the Grampians, Victoria.
A little goes a long way over mushroom risotto, beef carpaccio, pasta, mashed potato, poached eggs or steamed cauliflower.
